Indications d'application: Approved: ICC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: Detergent lysates were produced from HeLa and HL-60 cells stimulated to express c-fos protein. Detects a band at 55-60kD on immunoblots of stimulated HeLa and HL-60 lysates. Immunocytochemistry: Has been used in immunocytochemistry of vibratome sections of rat brains following either surgical damage to one of the hemispheres (detects c-fos and c-fos related proteins in the nuclei of neurons in the damaged hemisphere) or kainic acid treatment.
